Who Am I?
WHO AM I?
“Know yourself, and you will know the universe and the gods.” – Socrates
“Who am I?” has been the guiding question of my journey.
My path has been one of exploration, research, learning and lived experience. I go deeply into what I study. Only when I have tested, integrated and embodied it do I feel ready to share it.
I am Belgian by birth. Yet increasingly, both my work and my heart are drawn to Southeast Asia. Since the Covid period, I have spent extended time as a digital nomad in Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia and the Philippines. This cultural duality has become essential to my perspective: European structure and analytical thinking meeting Asian presence and openness.
I see myself as a bridge — between people, cultures and ways of understanding the world.
For over twenty years, I have worked with individuals, teams and organisations across Europe and beyond. My professional field includes soft skills training, coaching, psychotherapy, team development, radiesthesia and intuitive body–mind approaches.
Everything I offer is rooted in one essential question:
How can people and organisations grow into the best version of themselves — fully, clearly and meaningfully?
MY PROFESSIONAL PATH
I began my career at the University of Liège in Belgium. I then worked within European institutions — including the European Commission in London and the European Ombudsman’s Office in Strasbourg — immersed in law, policy and institutional structures.
Over time, I felt a growing inner shift. I wanted to work more directly with people — in human development, awareness and the search for meaning.
Around the age of forty, I made a decisive choice: I changed direction completely.
Becoming a freelance professional gave me the freedom to grow, to unlearn and to develop new skills. I began designing and delivering training programmes, facilitating workshops, coaching hundreds of professionals, guiding therapeutic journeys, and exploring intuitive approaches such as radiesthesia and body–energy work.
I do not see these as separate disciplines. I see them as different languages for listening to human experience.
We are multidimensional beings.
We need multidimensional tools.
A WORLD WITHOUT BORDERS
The Covid period became another turning point. It did not simply change the way I worked — it expanded my understanding of what work can be.
Moving online revealed a new freedom. I realised that I could continue collaborating with European institutions and international clients while living in Southeast Asia. The time difference made it possible to work across continents with precision and continuity.
What began as adaptation became transformation: the discovery of the digital nomad life.
Living and working in different cultural environments strengthened my flexibility, resilience and intercultural awareness. Hybrid work became a lived reality — balancing autonomy and connection, structure and freedom.
A new chapter is now unfolding, with a more permanent move to Asia. This evolution represents continuity and expansion at once: remaining deeply engaged with European partners while immersing myself in dynamic Asian contexts.
HUMAN AT THE CENTRE IN THE AGE OF AI
We are living through a profound technological revolution.
I am deeply engaged in understanding the transformation driven by Artificial Intelligence. AI is reshaping careers, leadership models and organisational ecosystems worldwide.
I integrate innovative technological tools into my trainings and coaching to enhance reflection, participation and strategic thinking — while ensuring that technology always serves human development.
Technology evolves.
Work transforms.
But meaningful growth remains human.
My Approach Today
Over time, I’ve come to work across multiple dimensions of transformation:
Coaching and therapy inspired by Gestalt
Soft skills training across many sectors
Personality tools like MBTI, TKI, and the Enneagram
Symbolic tools, emotional intelligence, and intuitive methods
Frameworks that are safe, ethical, and truly empowering
I combine science with presence, clarity with flexibility, structure with openness.
I adapt to what each person or group truly needs — with respect, curiosity, and care.
What Guides Me
I believe in freedom with responsibility, and in the creative power of diversity.
I’m deeply curious about emerging fields like emotional intelligence, AI–human interaction, geopsychology, and collective intelligence. I’m also drawn to new ways of working — hybrid models, distributed teams, and flexible leadership.
I’ve spent three months in the Amazon to explore traditional indigenous medicine. I meditate in the Zen tradition. And I try to live what I teach: presence, balance, and inner clarity.
Transformation isn’t just something I facilitate — it’s a path I keep walking myself.
Who I work with
I collaborate with European institutions, private companies, NGOs, hospitals, and individuals. I work both in person and online — often while travelling.
Yes, I’m a kind of digital nomad. But I remain deeply anchored in human connection.
Most of the people I support are navigating transitions — between roles, between cultures, or between versions of themselves.
I offer what I’ve learned through my own transitions: deep listening, gentle structure, and a safe space to grow.
